Fieldinsight is a customer relationship management solution built for activities in the field to strengthen companies’ bond with their customers. It’s a platform that works offline and online helping field teams with the following — including, field-sales, customer service and logistics, all work together to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Brief

The brief was to refresh their brand identity and strategy to improve their credibility, strengthen their brand and aid them in making their stands more attractive to their target audience. Which would then position them as a leading competitor in the digital SaaS market.

The Solution

Given that Fieldinsight was a B2B business, they needed a visual identity that stood out among neighbouring products in a highly-saturated visual market. To achieve this, the visual identity utilised a unique, bold and modern language, while also using animation to compliment the product structure.

Brand Strategy

The project kicked off with a strategy workshop session which helped us chart a path forward for the brand and creative design aesthetic. It was decided that a clear and simple brand style would communicate the speed and ease of using their product for data collection.

Branding Identity

Typography

Good typography can help build a visual hierarchy, make text easier to read, and communicate a brand’s personality. 

Fieldinsight uses Gordita typography to bring character and context to our products
and communications. 

Logo

The word mark uses a sans serif that retains our distinct colours. The Icon is made up of circles and lines
and are a dynamic distillation of the logotype for data and transitional movements. 

The Icon is a distinct version of the logo that works in small contexts. 

Marketing Materials

Producing high quality pitch decks, presentations and online marketing assets to supports Fieldinsight in fully implementing their brand strategy.

Animations

Fieldinsight wanted to communicate their business’s key offerings in a simple and engaging manner. For this we developed a looping animation that visualises all of their main features in a simplified manner.
